The Honourable Dr Zweli Mkhize is committed to improving service delivery in the Province of KwaZulu-Natal. Key drivers to underpin this improvement are the adoption of innovation in application of technology, and a highly skilled team of parliamentarians and senior public sector officials. To this end, the Premier and the MEC for Economic Development and Tourrism in KwaZulu, Natal, Mr Mike Mabuyakhulu, mandated the Moses Kotane Institute to design, develop and deliver two training interventions: the first being a Technology and Innovation Management learning programme for Senior Public Sector officials, and the second being a Leadership Development Programme for Members of the Provincial Legislature.

Dr Zweli Mkhize, will launch the programme. His Eminence, Cardinal Napier will address the audience on “The ethics in the service of humanity” as a guest speaker.
