The Moses Kotane Institute is an entity of the Kwa-Zulu Natal Provincial Government through the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environment Affairs (EDTEA), with a mandate to provide relevant and innovative research supported by expert advice for the realisation of inclusive and sustainable economic growth in KwaZulu-Natal.

The Moses Kotane Institute invites suitable service providers to submit proposals for the development of a cannabis entrepreneurial incubation model for MKI. Terms of reference are available on MKI’s website: www.moseskotaneinstitute.com Proposals must be emailed to tenders@moseskotane.com by 13 July 2021, 16h30. Proposals received after the closing date will NOT be considered. MKI subscribes to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000, (Act No.5 of 2000) and bids will be evaluated in terms of PPPFA provisions. MKI reserves the right not to appoint and or to withdraw the appointment.
