The Honourable Premier of KwaZulu-Natal, Mr. Sihle Zikalala was leading the Operation Sukuma Sakhe around the Kokstad Municipality on the 28 August 2019, together with his MEC’s. They were all interacting directly with communities in a bid to address their challenges.
