Outstanding Performance from STEM students

The Moses Kotane Institute (MKI) through its previous mandate developed a range of interventions to enhance participation and success in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). In 2010, MKI introduced the incubator schools programme to support STEM education at secondary schools. Adams College, Ohlange High School, Mlokothwa High School and Dlangezwa High School that were adopted based on their historic outstanding matric results. Mr. Nqubeko Zuma, one of our beneficiaries from Adams College got an outstanding 90% average for his 2019 matric and 87% in Mathematics, 89% in Life Science, 91% in Accounting and a resounding 100% in Physical Science.  He is now doing his first year in Civil Engineering in Howard College – University of KwaZulu-Natal.
