Ms Thandeka Ellenson, CEO of Moses Kotane Institute visited the SmartXChange incubation centre in Port Shepstone on Tuesday, 27 October 2020. The program houses more than 22 tech incubators. Ms Ellenson believes this is one of the effective programs that enable small businesses to participate in the digital economy space.
